Prohibited & Restricted Goods
Last updated August 2026
Some items cannot be sourced or shipped across borders — because of U.S. export rules, destination import rules, carrier restrictions, or supplier terms. If an order includes one of these, we'll contact you to substitute or refund it.
We cannot source or ship
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and their components
- Explosives, fireworks, and pyrotechnics
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and compressed gases
- Lithium batteries and battery-powered items beyond permitted shipping limits
- Perishable food, plants, and live animals
- Drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia
- Counterfeit goods or items that infringe intellectual property
- Currency, and items prohibited by the supplier's own terms of sale
Restricted items (case by case)
Some items are legal but restricted by carriers, customs, or the destination — for example certain chemicals, aerosols, oversized freight, or regulated equipment. We may need to review these before confirming your order, and some cannot be shipped to every hub.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the items you order are legal to import to your destination and to possess there. If we identify a restricted or prohibited item after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
